The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e-books, software, etc.). For flat-rate shipping charges, VAT is included. Since the VAT on the flat-rate shipping charge is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may be reduced if items with lower VAT rates are purchased (e.g. books). This means that the final shipping cost can only be calculated during the order process. However, it will not increase, and can only be reduced in your favor.

For returns from Austria and Germany, the package can be dropped off at your nearest DHL or postal station.

If you ordered multiple analyses, please return them together. Return your sample no later than 7 days after collection. In the meantime, you can store your sample at room temperature. As soon as your results are available in your NovoDaily portal, we will notify you by email.
