CONSENT DECLARATION pursuant to Art. 7 GDPR

I have the option to revoke my following consent and agreement at any time and without giving reasons to the company Novogenia Marketing GmbH, service@novogenia.com. Data that has been lawfully processed up to that point is in any case not affected by such a revocation. I declare my express and voluntary consent and agreement that the company Novogenia Marketing GmbH, Strass 19, A-5301 Eugendorf, or a third party commissioned by it (on my behalf), within the scope of its official powers

• may electronically process all personal data provided
• may examine saliva samples, swabs, or blood samples voluntarily provided by me and process the resulting findings electronically in pseudonymized form
• the respective results, together with the analysis report, may be transmitted to me, including by electronic means
• my voluntarily and personally disclosed contact details, as well as the respective results together with the analysis report, may also be transmitted to third parties expressly named by me for this purpose (e.g. doctors, pharmacies, nutrition consultants, resellers, etc.), including by electronic means, and that these persons may also have direct access to this data at any time
• my personal data may be processed using an AI-supported assistance system, insofar as this is necessary or appears useful for handling my request, for providing the agreed services, or for supporting internal business processes
  

I am aware that:

• the use of the AI system serves to support employees, and decisions are not made exclusively through automated means;
• only the data necessary for the respective purpose is processed;
• technical and organizational measures have been taken to protect my data;
• processing may, where applicable, take place in countries outside the European Union, provided that appropriate data protection safeguards exist for this;
• I may revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future.
